Returns and Refunds

We want you (and your animals) to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact us at sales@yourvetshop.co.uk before returning any products so we can provide the correct return address and authorization.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Statutory Rights (Applies to UK Customers Only)
Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item’s delivery to you. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been opened and unsealed.
